2022 Karl Pfaffmann Chardonnay

Tasting note

2022 Karl Pfaffmann Chardonnay

Pale lemon yellow. Light stone fruit of medium intensity on the nose, peach. Also a hint of honeydew melon. The mild citrus aroma tends to stand in second row. There is a soft butteriness on top. A medium-bodied wine with a medium alcohol content on the palate. Fresher here than on the nose with more lemon, lime and some pineapple juice. The acidity is medium to high. A little short on the finish. A good, slightly warm everyday wine.

Drink through 2025.
