Pale straw yellow. The bouquet is appealing: Good intensity, elegant, soft, and creamy. Notes of white flowers, ripe apple, peach, and a distinct blueberry aroma add depth. Medium-bodied with more weight than a Kabinett, similar to a Spätlese. Bright and high in acidity but with a creamy mouthfeel; very good balance. Flavours of ripe stone fruits, peach, apple, and citrus, with blueberry notes that are soft and slightly sweet. The finish is slightly phenolic but otherwise solid, with grapefruit, lemon, and green apple. Drink or hold.
Drink through 2035.
