100% Chardonnay. The fruit comes from Chardonnay vineyards on the Napa Valley side of Los Carneros. Cool winds from San Pablo Bay make this an ideal growing region for Burgundian varieties. Spontaneously fermented. Matured on the lees for ten months in 57% new French oak barrels.
