2015 Van Volxem Schiefer Riesling

Description

Entry-level wine in the Van Volxem range. An estate wine ("Gutswein") from younger vines up to 30 years old. As the name suggests, this Riesling is characterised by more stony notes from the slate soils. Spontaneous fermentation. Good to drink from the get-go, but worthy of ageing!
