Owned by the Saby family's Vignobles JB Saby et Fils (also: Ch. Rozier, Ch. Saint André Corbin). More than 60 hectares across the three estates in total. Ch. Hauchat is situated in the Fronsac appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux. Located on the Saint-Aignan plateau. The grapes are hand-picked and table-sorted. Cold pre-fermentation, maceration and crushing, temperature-controlled fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Aged in a combination of new and used American and French oak barrels.
