Based in Bordeaux, France.
Located in the Saint-Julien appellation, Château Léoville Barton is classified as a Second Growth (Deuxième Cru) in the 1855 Classification. The 50-hectare vineyard is situated on Quaternary gravel over clay subsoils, comprising 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. Under the continuous stewardship of the Barton family since 1826, the estate employs traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled wooden vats, followed by maturation in French oak barrels (~60% new) for approximately 18 months.
