2018 Markus Molitor Haus Klosterberg Cuvée Maximilian

Tasting note

This is a bottling exclusively for Mövenpick; 12.0%, a cuvée of Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Müller-Thurgau (Rivaner). The nose is dominated by light fruits, apricot. Fresh acidity on the palate, only slightly astringent. Peach, green apple, a hint of lime. Very “drinkable” without edges and corners. Goes well with fish and light summer dishes.

Drink from 2019 through 2022.

Tasted by Dominik Müller on Sunday, 3 April 2022.
