Pale straw in colour. Expressive, cool bouquet with fresh exotic fruits, pineapple, gooseberry, ripe lemon and lemongrass, alongside a light creamy, smoky note from oak and possible MLF. Dry, medium-bodied with high, finely integrated acidity. Flavours echo the nose: yellow fruits, lemon and underripe pineapple. The finish, which is more herbaceous, with wet grass, lemongrass and green apple, fades gently rather than lingering. Contained, not showy, with judicious use of new oak.
Drink through 2027.
