Pale straw-yellow. An elegant, medium-intensity nose led by well-integrated reduction (flint) and sophisticated oak (butter, toast) alongside crisp yellow fruit (bruised apple, lemon). While secondary-driven with developing notes of marzipan and honey, the wine avoids any heaviness, remaining precise and never overripe. The palate is fresher and more finely chiselled than the nose, showing a greener citrus profile that suggests an early harvest in a warm vintage. With a delicate, supple texture, medium body, and integrated acidity, it strikes an excellent balance between weight and drinkability, finishing with a light salinity, nuttiness, and a touch of honey. Very well-crafted.
Drink through 2029.
