Tasting note

From half-bottle. Relatively youthful colour; pale ruby, lightening slightly at the rim. A medium-intensity bouquet of red and dark berries—notably cherry, strawberry, and redcurrant—with initial tertiary development. Subtle notes of earth, fresh mushroom, and nutmeg suggest emerging maturity, though primary fruit remains dominant. The palate is medium-bodied with high acidity and persistent, drying tannins. Supple texture with a good, juicy finish. Objectively well-crafted, though perhaps slightly lightweight on the mid-palate.
