Pale, remarkably light lemon-yellow. The bouquet is beautiful and inviting with typical Riesling fruit — hints of peach and green apple. Notes of dried apricot and honey suggest a certain maturity. Feather-light on the palate, offering absolutely no resistance, with an appealing sweetness and high acidity. More citrus-forward on the palate, with a subtle phenolic bitterness — mandarins and orange zest. Discreet hints of dark berries. The good finish returns to sweet citrus paired with fresh apple. Balanced, classically Mosel, and an 'easy drinking' wine for the discerning palate. Very fine.
