Slightly matured, dry Riesling. Clear with still pale yellow colour. Bouquet of green apple and mild citrus fruit. Mineral already in the nose, with notes of wet earth and a hint of the typical Riesling petroleum. Taut with lively acidity in the mouth. Now especially fresh citrus fruit. Quite long finish, which goes over acidity to a dry mineral impression. Drinks well now, but the fresh acidity should carry the wine at least through 2025.
Drink through 2025.
