Fruit forward, particularly red cherries and blackberries. There are spicy notes, too. However, at 14.5 the alcohol doesn’t go unnoticed, making the overall presentation a little rough around the edges. Neither complex nor subtle. I doubt giving it more time in the cellar will do much to improve the flavour. Drink between now and 2024.
