Pale lemon yellow. Clean bouquet, immediately fruity: Passion fruit, mango, lychee, peach, lime. Ticks all the boxes of its grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. Unfortunately, the wine is less seductive on the palate. The fruitiness and acidity do not quite go hand in hand for my taste. I’m even inclined to say the acidity isn’t integrated well, standing out awkwardly as a result.
Drink through 2024.

2Wines with a 1 to 2-point rating are subpar on a fine wine level. They have no technical flaws, but are one-dimensional or lack balance. / 20 ("subpar") |

1.0Wines with a 1.0 WSET rating are judged as 'average'. In the WSET scoring system, where we consider balance (B), intensity (I), length (L) and complexity (C), these wines managed to get at least one point or two half points in either of these four categories. In terms of my personal rating system, wines with a WSET score of 1.0 tend to have around 83 to 84 DM points. / 4.0 |
