Screw cap. Pale ruby red colour, tending slightly towards garnet red. A great, very inviting bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberries and fine spices. A pleasant smell of forest floor and slightly balsamic notes round off the variety of aromas. This mature Pinot Noir is extremely elegant on the palate. A delicate body in a velvety tannin dress. The high, perfectly integrated acidity gives it backbone. The flavour is again dominated by red berries and wild berries, overall beautifully fruity with a very slight sweetness. The finish is of medium length. I think that with 10 years of age, this wine is at its peak now.
