Blanc de noirs, made from 100% Pinot Noir. Dégorgement in April 2021. Dosage 6g/litre. Élevage in small oak barrels on the full lees for 12 months, followed by 6 months on the fine lees, then 36 months in the bottle. This is based on the 2016 vintage, though 40% come from the perpetual reserve (Giraud's "solera" system started in 1990).
