Wine is my hobby. Fine wine tasting notes and experiences.

2017 Prinz Hallgartener Frühernberg Riesling trocken

Description

The small, golden-yellow grapes were ripe, some overripe, with just a few raisined berries. They were pressed straight away, fermented in stainless steel for around eight weeks, and kept on the lees until early March.
