2017 Pio Cesare Barolo Mosconi

Description

Pio Cesare produced this wine for the first time in the 2015 vintage. As usual at Pio Cesare, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in large French barrels for 30 months. About a third of the wine is aged in French barriques for the first 12 months, before it goes into the large barrels, too.
