49% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Cabernet Franc. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with traditional fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is completed partially in barrels. Élevage lasts 15 months in French oak (35% new, 65% first-fill), with three-monthly racking and egg-white fining.
