100% Merlot. Grapes are harvested by hand. In the winery, they use a combination of wooden, concrete and stainless steel vats, all equipped with temperature control. Between two and three weeks fermentation on the skins. After that, maturation in 100% new French oak barrels for 16 to 20 months. This is the last vintage in partnership with adjacent Château Angélus.
