The 2018 grand vin blend contains 50% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 11% Cabernet Franc. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel, concrete, and wooden vats. Malolactic fermentation is partially completed in barrels. Élevage for 12 to 15 months in French oak barriques, with 40% new oak.
