Valérie Courrèges, born in Tarbes, is a chemist and oenologist with international experience in Bordeaux, Chile, California, and Provence. After 17 years in Gaillac, she co-founded Causse Maisonneuve in Cahors in 2000. Since 2018, she has managed 11 hectares of vineyards organically and partly biodynamically, producing structured Cahors wines that combine regional tradition with a modern style.
