Tasting note

Deep, luminous golden yellow with pronounced viscosity. The nose is intense and highly expressive, offering a rich bouquet of ripe, exotic yellow fruits and candied notes, underpinned by a touch of honey and subtle smokiness. Defined aromatics of preserved apricots, lychee, and sweet mandarin are complemented by confectionery hints and golden sultanas. The wine is distinctly floral, evocative of a garden in full bloom.

On the palate, the wine is dry to off-dry, possessing a full body, moderate acidity, and perceptible alcohol. The yellow fruit and honey profile persists with great intensity, now accompanied by nutty nuances and a delicate bitter edge. While structurally complex—exhibiting primary, secondary, and burgeoning tertiary characteristics—the overall balance and quality are somewhat compromised by the prominent alcohol, which also dominates the finish. Nonetheless, this is a very good wine with further ageing potential, ideally suited to those who appreciate an opulent style.
