Dégorgement in July 2021. Dosage 6g/litre. Based on the 2017 harvest, with about a third drawn from Giraud's "perpetual reserve". 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Vinified completely in barrel, as is usual chez Giraud, but no new oak.
